Jean Luc

I am a junior web developer based in Rwanda with a strong passion for building practical and user-friendly digital solutions. I work with technologies such as Laravel, React, Next, Livewire, and JavaScript to develop web applications that solve real-world problems, including business and management systems. Beyond development, I have a strong interest in design. Graphic design and logo creation started as a hobby, but over time they have become an important part of how I approach building complete digital experiences, combining both functionality and visual appeal. I have also worked on managing social media accounts, creating engaging posts and visual content to promote services and communicate effectively with audiences. I am currently working as part of a development team, where we collaborate on building websites, systems, and digital platforms for different needs. I am always learning, improving my skills, and open to opportunities that allow me to grow while contributing meaningful solutions.
