Iraguha Rodrigue

A results-driven ICT innovator and educator with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the University of Rwanda (Graduated October 2024) and proceeding my master's degree in information technology in University of Kigali. Experienced in ICT instruction training, web development, and cybersecurity. Served GS Musave mathematics and ICT teacher (2022), I work on different group project and founder of Rodrigue Tech Solution. Participated in national and international competitions including the Huawei ICT Competition, Africa Cyber Defense Forum (2024), and PicoCTF (2024 & 2025). Trained under the ThinkCyber Israel-Rwanda Scholarship Program (2024–2025), earning six professional certifications. Passionate about teaching, digital innovation, and equipping learners with practical skills in emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
