Kazispace is a web application designed to connect job seekers with employers. Services include: Job seekers creating accounts, verifying their phone numbers, and building CVs. 3. Account Creation
For Job Seekers: You must provide accurate details, including your name and phone number, during account creation. Verification of your phone number is mandatory to proceed. Job seekers and employers can opt to boost their profiles or job posts by paying a fee. Fees and payment terms are displayed on the Platform and subject to change.
5. Payments and Transactions
Kazispace facilitates payments for hiring job seekers. Employers are required to pay a 50% advance for services. The remaining balance is released after task completion. All payments are securely processed through the Platform.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All users must provide truthful and accurate information. Users must comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
7. Termination
Kazispace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kazispace is not liable for any disputes between job seekers and employers. Any loss resulting from misuse of the platform or failure to follow payment guidelines is not the responsibility of Kazispace.
9. Modifications
Kazispace may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform.
